The 2011 Project is a work by San Francisco artist Tofu. Each day in 2011 he created a 4”x4” mixed media piece. The finished project was made up of 365 smaller mixed media pieces. In 2013 the individual pieces will be distributed to project supporters. Today is one of my favorite holidays, the day to remember all those who have moved on and still watch over us. We can and should remember them every day, but today is their special day to acknowledge the dead and thank them for looking out for us on our journeys through our current incarnations.
